What I’ve found is that most entrepreneurs are stranded and isolated, don’t have a clear vision, are consumed by the day-to-day activities of their business, and don’t have the right mindset, skillset, or professional network to help scale their company. What they really want is a successful & thriving business, control over their financial future, and the ability to pursue their life’s passions.

But instead they incorrectly assume their stagnation or decline is caused by the competitive landscape, a lack of capital, the economy, their management team, societal shifts or their industry. So, they end up getting advice and guidance from a familiar and comfortable peer network, pressing forward with untested ideas, or worse yet, simply striving to maintain business as usual.

But the real stranglehold on their growth is a lackluster mindset and incomplete skillset. The entrepreneur has an ineffective or non-existent strategic vision, a poorly defined target market, lack of an innovative product/service road map, and inconsistent marketing initiatives. What they really need is access to an experienced and committed advisor or advisory board who is willing and able to challenge their assumptions and limiting beliefs, share ideas, provide advice, hold them accountable, and help implement a proven, step-by-step system that will create breakthroughs in their business and personal life.
